They’re a little meteor …Why are moon burgers better than earth burgers??
No lol. Scientist pay a good bit for them. Not sure which kinds are valuable. I've seen videos online where even iron ones go for big bucks. Some aren't worth alot for thier mineral content but for what area they're from. They can tell. Some are actual pieces of closer planets and they slice em up and study them here since they can't fly to them and study them in person. There's people tho who do nothing but hunt these things and make big bucks. They'll drag huge magnets over deserts to pick em up etc, or metal detect for them. Some have gold, platinum, you name it inside as far as precious metals are concerned. It's way out of my wheelhouse for sure. Just repeating what I've seen. I will however say it's a very neat score. If anything it's a great whatnot and conversation piece. They’re a little meteor …
I thought the same thing when I saw itLooks like molten slag from an iron works, blacksmith's forge, smelter, etc.
I'll take some tmmw I didn't get to keep it sadlyYou have any photos of it still in the molten sand? Then also did you hear a boom prior to it landing? @Southernlost
