I do safe moving here starting at $400. I have an electric dolly that climbs stairs and it is in the $4,500 price area. It will roll across soft pine flooring without marks from the wheels.
I also have the Roll-a-Lifts that Duckyou linked to. Those need an additional ratchet strap used toward the top of the dolly. The foot is so small that a small bump could create an event
. I also have $3M in liability if something happens.
Don't sell the guy short that charges $400-600 short. Average safe moves take a good bit of time. Since they are somewhat top heavy it takes time to assure things don't go awry.
What is the floor material where it is going? Ceramic tile can be a nightmare. 600# isn't heavy except that part at the top.
