New gun range

I just found a new gun range in Defuniak Springs. I just ran across it out on hwy 90 going twards argyle. They have got a 300 yd rifle range and 70 yd pistol range that are both covered. no steel pipes to shoot through and they allow 50cal, double tap, rapid fire and even full auto. they got a 3D archery range as well and its all only 15$ a day per person. there is a full gun store and are a mathews dealer with a full time bow tech. they are good too. its worth checking them out. their phone # is 850-520-4612

I went there, nice and helpful people. You need your targets and blocks/bags for the table, all they have are metal chairs and sand bags. I need to buy a spotting scope...

Ya they got shooting tables but the shooting bags are a must have.

Yeah they need benches to sit on instead of flimsy metal chairs but I got the sighting done, I make my own bags so it was not a problem.

Frank I have a NCStar 10-40x spotting scope I use. LMK next time a few people decide to go up. I need to finish dialing in a few guns myself.

I stand corrected mine is a 20-60x X 60mm I have one of those short camera tripods I use to stabalize it.



If nothing else I work in DFS and y'all are up here during the week I can bring it and y'all can just bring it back when finished.

Yeah I just bought a Meade and some shooting bags, Thanks, they also rent a spotting scope for $5 a day. We need to get a range day scheduled!

They have a 300 yard range but does that mean they have targets at 100 and 200 yards too? I need to get my 30-30 checked after it fell off my shoulder and need to get my son's AR-15 sighted in with his new scope.

Yes they have 100-200-300 on the rifle side and up to 5-70 on the handgun side to start getting your rifle on paper.
