    When I lived in Venezuela, very few people had firearms and ammo had to be bought at the govt Depot. They finally outlawed them all together.

    People don't believe me when I tell them we are only a few generations away from that happening here. I say a few generations because just the logistics of dealing with a population that owns 500M firearms and (as Connecticut showed) won't register them if it became mandatory would be a problem for the powers-that-be.
