Wife and daughter's boss has a Stewart 51 which is a 3/4 size, all aluminum exact replica of the real one. He flies it back and forth to Montgomery and says it handles a lot like the real thing. You would have to park it next to a real one to tell the difference. A helluva lot cheaper to buy and feed too.
Over here you would get more mileage with a jacked up 4WD. Better make it a 3/4 ton to handle the weight.

Down here a nice bass boat will go a long way but a true bikini barge in the 25-40' range ensures a good time.
That works too. Bring a big pontoon boat with a giant cooler (mine is 162 qt) and pull up to any of the fish camps/ramps on the Tensaw River in the summer and you can load it up pretty fast.
