Yeah it's a joke on the stereotype and look of the ladies. They typically have "refined tastes"

^^^^^ tastes, higher expectations, demands that probably exceed the humble booth/decor and menu/prep. As such, the Mgr will be called on personally and frequently to resolve the volleys of complaints. So, Mgr should just sit with them. IMHO Lol
