As I remember it,rideing on grates made my bike "wonder" side to side.
Anybody ever ridden their bike across Donner Summit (Sacramento to Reno) in the late fall just to watch a air race. On top,at a local diner,some guy actually asked for my autograph.

On the 4-8 deck watch while loading iron ore for Ashtabula,oh. Ac repairman on board!! yeah! Silverbay is a WW2 vintage dock, still in operation today. Iron ore arrives and is made into marble sized pellets for the furnaces down south.
