Lucky me, I get to work. I call myself the skeleton crew, as I'm the lone worker every holiday that falls on a Monday. I'm tasked with starting up the entire plant.

Reb...the more important question I need answers to is what's on the menu?
For me, doing the normal cookout with friends and family. Our menu is some traditional Hotdogs, hamburgers, chicken patties. We're doing surf and turf this year, with some shrimps and crabs. And some grilled corn..umm-umm....you boys in Alabama know how to grow some good sweet corn.

I'll be working tomorrow and Sunday but I'm off Monday the 4th and Tuesday the 5th.

My son just transferred from FE Warren in Wyoming to Moody in Georgia so we are very happy for he and his wife to be here the 4th for a cookout with the family.
