Very true. We had those issues when the Gov first started mandating steel shot for waterfoul a few decades ago. I do find the contrast between steel shot being required and copper jacketed steel core handgun ammo being a no-no amusing. Then we add the new non NFA 12ga Shorty's firearms into the mix. There is mass vs velocity limitations though.
