Inherited from the Grandpa and Im not familiar with these old wheelie guns at all.

Any information would be great! I have seen them from $450 - $1500

Based upon the serial number provided, it should have been made in 1970.

A realistic price; would range between $400-$650,depending on condition of course. Ive seen some crazy prices on Smiths, which I admire and collect, but there is always that variable of what a guy wants for a given revolver....and what someone will pony up?

K frames are great shooters... I have several that I carry Including a 15-3 2'', Get some 158 grn ammo & let it rip, You will love it.
