This is a superbly done conversion with outstanding fit and finish. It was also modified to take AK-101 pattern magazines, which are highly regarded as being the absolute best way to feed 5.56 ammunition into an AK platform. It also takes affordable SLR-106 type magazines, available through Arsenal or KVAR. Izhmash Russian quality, AK reliability, in a widely available NATO caliber. This is a winning combination.
Comes in a hard case with 5 Russian magazines (worth $100-$150 each) in a mag pouch.

Yes, very easily. You either put a quad rail that attaches the same way as the current forearm. Or you get a gas tube that holds a standard AK upper handguard and a bolt on lower handguard retainer, of which there are at least 2 different kinds. I'll even do it for you if you get the parts.
