    This is what the ATF is doing to try and limit gun sales by eliminating FFL’s and just plain make it a major hassle. I was told by another FFL holder that they have been told they could lose theirs because they are trying to get a lower number in the area.

    Why can’t they just continue to use the existing one until the new one is ready in daughters name. ATF so stupid.

    Agreed. All part of the larger agenda to price "the majority" out of firearms ownership/use. Those that can't afford to be armed will slowly sell 'em off or just turn 'em in. Seems that's the goal any way. Bloodless disarmament through logistics, with minimal risk.
