Que the video of the lady testifying in congress recently that ARs totally explode people, and the reason why they don't show bodies of AR mass shooting victims is because they're bodies are totally gone and not there anymore! (This beats the lung remover story by far lol).

The reason why they couldn't ban greentip and other bullets that are mistakenly called "armor piercing rounds".. (when in fact its just soft steel, armor piercing rounds have to be harder than armor steel. Metals like tungsten etc), is because ALL rifle rounds are inherintly "armor piercing" when it comes to vests to some degree. Some more so than others. So all rifle rounds would have to be banned in order to adhere to AP round bans.

This new SIG is just an AR10 variant of the old MCX lineup. There's already rifles out there that can do the same job. Only real difference is these can fold up and be smaller.

Seeing how these rifles had a MSRP of like 7 or 8k$, and the bids for the initial rifles on gunbroker went to like 70-80k$ each for them I doubt we'll see any average Joe's with these anytime soon lol

News stories like this sound like they are parody pieces, written in “The Daily Onion”. Unfortunately, they are real mainstream news stories. Because most members here have a bit of knowledge on firearms (except C308’s ), we can all see the ridiculousness of the claims in this news article. But we should apply the same standard of judgement to most other media stories too, especially if they are subjects that we are less knowledgeable on. In other words, “The media only tells you what they want you to believe, and they will create fake news stories to support their narrative.”

Hell the PMR 30 can shoot though a vest. Depends on what vest. Stopped .45 and 9mm, but the PMR 30 22 Mag went though it.

This was a Second Chance soft body vest I had. Level II or III I believe.
