    probably asked a million times, but what is the best way to get this screw out. Any gunsmiths in Pensacola area close to 9 mile and beuhla can help a brochacho out?

Next is to take a torx bit [ a very good one] that is just a little too big to fit in the stripped allen screw . Support your work underneath well and hammer the torx bit into the hole and turn out ...

    Had a stuck and/or damaged front action screw on a Savage once. Found a right-size drill bit (i.e., just larger than the shank of the screw) to drill into the head just enough for it to pop off, then was able to remove the threaded section once the stock was removed.

    buy a pack of screw extractors ...epoxy the allen or torx in wait over night ...drill it out ...weld to it ???

    Had a stuck and/or damaged front action screw on a Savage once. Found a right-size drill bit (i.e., just larger than the shank of the screw) to drill into the head just enough for it to pop off, then was able to remove the threaded section once the stock was removed.
    Always can use a easy out.
    I've also used the next size or two up Allen or a metric and hammered that into the damaged allen and got it out.

    A picture of what we are dealing with would be helpful.
