I know nothing and will be coming from Crestview. What time should I leave? Where should I watch it from?
    Thanks in advance

2 years ago it started getting busy around 4:30/5 am.

generally the center of the show is around casino beach.

last year was a bit different. Not sure what it will be like this year.

stay out of the water during the show.

Anywhere near casino beach good for viewing? If it’s like two years ago?

I believe the casino beach parking lot (Main) was full at 5am in 2019. There might be a few less people this year. Seems Mardi Gra and a few other things downtown are a little slower as previous years.

    here’s an old link.

Anybody ever notice that during the break, hundreds of people wade out into the water? Probably practicing their wading skills.

Highly recommend catching a boat or jet ski ride. Traffic is so much better in the sound than on the road. Few years back it was like the Indy 500 running from the storms after the show. The little pontoon we were in didn’t place last, but it was close.

We used to get several rooms at the Hampton Inn until prices got ridiculous after Ivan.
Probably 4 years ago my wife and I were sitting on the front porch of our house at Navarre Beach watching the heavy traffic heading to Pensacola Beach for the show.
It was heavy all morning and suddenly about 1:00 it stopped.
I looked at my wife and said “Let’s drive down there.”
We jumped in the car and drove to Pensacola Beach. No traffic at all.
We drove until we started seeing cars parked along the road which was well into the houses. We parked, walked out onto the beach and enjoyed the show.
As soon as it ended, we walked out to the car and headed back to Navarre Beach.
    We beat the traffic.
Fixed a drink, sat out on the porch and watched bumper to bumper (not moving) traffic until 10:00 that night.

If you bring a tent, tie it down!

This was 6 or 7 years ago on Pensacola Beach after the "sneak pass"

July 8th no problem. Isn't the air show on the 10th?

Just fish in Pensacola pass, they'll fly over at about 200 feet. Pic is from June 9th clipped from a video so low quality. I didn't catch any good fish.
