from what i have heard, a strong rubber band does the same thing or pant loops... i am a strong 2A supporter, even believe we should be able to own automatic weapons without NFA approval, & cannons if one so chooses... , but i have always thought bumpstocks were a needless gadget...

I don't think he is personally a fan of your individual 2A rights, but he's more likely to have conservative Judges appointed that are going to uphold the Constitution in the long run.

If guns are a primary issue for you, you can't vote Dem because they're actively trying to restrict your rights. On the flip side, the Rep option doesn't have to be that great about it. They can ignore it all together and it's arguably a "better" option than voting Dem. Dems are in, we're trying not to lose anything else. Reps are in and we're happy with the status quo because we usually don't get anything else back. Conservative courts have been our best friend.

I don't care for either of them. Biden is feeble, and his policies are abject failures, be it immigration, the economy, sending support overseas, you name it. He sucks at all of it.

Trump is clearly a narcissist with an authoritarian complex who will say anything for the attention (i.e., a populist). I think he lacks the skills for the office and the job, frankly. He had every opportunity to grow into the job in his first term, and he didn't. His entire term was about getting rid of the people who were telling him what he needed to hear, not what he wanted to hear.
