    Thank you for the pictures, Sir, but that furniture is from a pre-conversion Saiga, which won't work with my WASR. I do appreciate you looking and taking the time to take pics.

    After realizing that all three pieces of wood were completely different and really not that nice, I decided to spray.
    Rustoleum spray on bed lined looks like textured satin and grips almost like talon grips. On a cheap and cheerful AK, gotta love it!

    Looks good! I got rid of my wood AK furniture but would like to get another one and really do up the wood. Maybe start from scratch and go luthier stain.

    Thanks guys! Had I know it was that easy, I would have bought the M1A Scout instead of the SOCOM and painted the wood. The SOCOM stock is just painted fiberglass. lol.

    Close ups, I'm really impressed with this stuff. I'll be considering more wood stocked guns in the future.
