    Wanted bad...
Long barrel rifle or short barrel pistol, as long as it's decent quality. Can should be out of jail in Dec, so I'm looking to get the project going. Thanks.

The K's are fun, but I'd get a retractable stock and then buy a fixed stock to go with it. The fixed stocks are cheap and easy to find. RobertRTG.com has a lot of stuff for them usually. I've bought a lot of stuff from him for both my MP5 and Uzi SBRs.

Apparently I need a "reverse stretch" to put retractable on K. I also shot the K and it felt a little jumpy, but it does look great. Hmmm

Poor communication on my part. I wouldn't get the K, I'd get a standard with a retractable stock and then add the fixed stock. I wouldn't get a k for the reasons you mentioned, they are jumpy and the recoil harsh in comparison to a standard..........unless you need something that folds up in a brief case, then get the K. :)

The reverse stretch just looks goofy to me.

It's funny, my friends are split. Serious shooters almost unanimously suggest the standard barrel though, so I'll order the 9" pistol and figure out the furniture when the stamp gets to me.

    Thanks guys!

Please let us know your thoughts on it after you handle and fire it.
By now I've got about 100 rounds through it, mostly unsuppressed. Not much, I know, I'm waiting on the stamp to run matches with it.
Very soft shooting and lots of fun, you can tell it just wants to run and fast, but of course, NFA and such. I REALLY like the 3 lug mounting system. As far as pistol caliber "carbines" this is the one to have. Unless you go with a sig, which I can see, but just not for me personally.
