    Well it arrives today!!

Looks like I just bought an upper with an ARP barrel

I was on Gun Broker, bought an upper and they did not email me till after the auction and I had won. she replied: The only thing marked on the barrel is 6.8 ARP which is the best 6.8 barrel available(11.25x 5R, melonite). Talked to H at ARP and he said it is 4 yrs old, when he was building complete uppers and sold for $700+, I paid $300 as they did not know what they had.

Has a Troy 13" VTAC handguard and I already had a spare ARP superbolt and an engraved 68 carrier along with a complete lower, the upper also comes with his much desired MCD 5 port MD which are not made any longer...anyway great score!

Bought an Aimpoint micro for my built to order Wilson Combat Recon SR Tactical. I've wanted a micro for years and this sweet lightweight build finally gave me a reason. Very excited!

Very nice choice for a red dot. Little pricy, but will last a lifetime!

Got the LOSOK barrel I ordered the other day for my next AR15, ordered it on a whim without doing much looking into the company as I've never heard of them. What I found wasn't to great, mostly dealing with custom rifle builds but it still had me a little anxious to get it and inspect it. Opened it up today and happy to find out its a clean looking barrel. Gave it a nice cleaning and put it away until I get the rest ordered in soon

Jogan- When are you going to quit building houses and start full time production. It takes a month to get an Alien Gear holster. LOL

I was telling him just that. I could use a good hybrid IWB clip on.

I just got mine last week. It is so comfortable and doesn't print one bit. Probably be my last holster I'll ever buy, unless I get a different carry gun.

Thanks guys! So glad they work as expected. I'm always nervous making one for someone who's outta town. And until I can turn out 100 holsters per day and have them all sold, I gotta keep swing my hammer during the daytime!

I picked up a Savage 110 this afternoon for a new build.

Yesterday, I installed a Rock River 2-Stage National Match trigger in a spare lower I had laying around. I can't say I'm impressed. I would rather pay an extra $30ish for a Velocity trigger.

Trying to work a trade for a Colt AR15A2. They guy really needs the cash (going through a divorce), but may be willing to trade for the right deal. I am hoping for a trade, but just in case, I have listed the two 1911s I am trying to trade on the "Firearms For Sale" page. I am hoping one way or the other I can get this rifle. It would be a great addition to my AR collection along with the other Colts. Wish me luck.

I found out that I'm going to be able to shoot my first USPSA match on Saturday. Since I'm taking my wife out tomorrow for our anniversary, I'm packing up all my gear tonight.

Next stop, a Wilson 92G. Just don't tell my Nighthawks, they might get jealous. Lol

Sorry to hear that and yes sadly for a lot of folks their word doesn't mean anything.

I've had to back out of 1 deal, not long after the forum's conception. I PMed the member "I'll take it," then I found out a few minutes later that I wasn't going to be able to buy the item. Once I realized that, I immediately PMed the member again and told them. Fortunately, that member was very understanding. Communication is key, IMO.
