spent over 2 hours cleaning my rimfire can today. There's got to be a better way to do this...
picking up some DOT5 brake fluid tomorrow, I wont do it again.

I have never cleaned any of my seven cans. I just use them. I have had the Gemtech Outback II .22 since 2003 and it's never been cleaned and still works great.

These were not cleaned either. Level of use makes a difference. Cleaning also allows for inspection for cracks, broken welds and baffle strike for those cans that can be broken down.

I saw an announcement on it but have not seen a independent Review. Sure would like Reviewers to do accuracy eval @100 M/Y. Then again many can't shoot and do 50 yd tests on .223 lol.#1 on the waiting list for the Ruger Precision Rimfire rifle.
Picked me up a coach gun to play with. I like it and it should be a good woods bird gun if I get a chance to do that again someday.
