Does anyone know what this is? Its in parts and I only have this picture. There's two of them.

Yep...FAL. Receiver has been cut in half. Can't be sure of the maker, but one flash hider appears to be G1 (German or Belgium).

Looks like FAL parts kits. Need a receiver and probably some other parts to complete them. They are not easy to do like an AR - and need someone who knows what they are doing to be safe for use.

Everyone else nailed it - it's FAL stuff, specifically it looks like L1A1 parts.

I concur, now that I've seen the U.K. flash hider and hand guards and went and looked at some of my FAL parts. Of course it could be a mix of parts. For example, one of the bolt carriers has U.K. type "sand cuts" and the other doesn't have the "sand cuts".

So, Hydro Drip, what's the story on the parts?
