Who's your Favorite Home Repair Handyman in Pensacola Area?

I will be needing a few things done, I'm too old and sore to do much of it anymore.
I am wanting:
A Shower Stall Installed and Floor Tile replaced in a small bathroom
A Bedroom Floor redone and Walls Painted
Some exterior work redone
Metal Roof Cool sealed and leak repaired where patio meets roof

Looking for a fair price for required work, it doesn't have to be to high end, I'm a cheap bastard and it's an old house.

He's based out of Pensacola but took our job in PC.

He uses/used the same building estimate software the insurance company uses/used so his prices were extremely competitive and to the penny.

Dan with Dantastic designs. He's probably been doing showers and floors for 25 years. He also does remodel work. Maybe not the cheapest, but you don't want cheap and shower in the same sentence. Leaks, mold, rot....it's worth paying up front. I'll text you his number.
