Want to buy a chpws rmr adapter plate for an optics ready M&P 2.0 9mm. Long shot, but ya never know

My performance center came with several extra plates. They are labeled type 1 through type 5. Don't know what chpws is...

Mine are steel. And came with a bunch of different screws.. The manual has a fitment guide if you need it.

OP needs a Type 1 plate for optics ready S&W M&P.
C.O.R.E. Performance Center, and others..

This plate is for Trijicon rmr, holosun 507, and others.
