      That is incorrect. Some states will issue a permit to non residents of that state. Florida is one of them. The catch is that some states that honor that state's permit for residents do not honor it for non residents.

      I use something similar but instead of having legs at 90 I have larger pieces of PVC inserted into the ground and then the target frame legs slide straight into them. Makes it easy to put in the ground and easy to take out.

      Where was this a year ago? My 12yo son wanted one. Had to be the MKII, Stainless, tapered barrel. I looked for about a year and a half for one of these locally. Ended up paying $400 + transfer fee to get one off of gunbroker. Good luck with the sale.
