    got back today from hunting in east texas. it was great, as always. came home with 4 deer and 2 hogs worth of meat. it was all i could carry. many thanks to BadDog for his advice on scope/gun choice.

    I like the "butchers apron" , is that a bullet entrance hole neat porky's eye ?
    it is! thanks to your advice and tutelage i got the right scope. i dropped him where he stood. heres camera pics. after i killed that one i moved to another stand about a half mile away (it was cool enough to leave the pig for an hour or so) and right behind me came a bobcat to lick up the blood. i rushed back but he was gone. there was another pig though so i shot him.
