I use best buys Geek service. You can do a lot on the phone with them. They can remote your computer. all my equipment is best buy and maybe that makes difference.

My neighbor reported good results from a Gulf Breeze shop called "What The Tech." I have no personal experience with them.

Dealing with bill gates POS windows 10, like new and improved yahoo e mail, both are to support all the "dingle berries" , "Maxi pads" dumbass ph's ect. and now I find that Kodak didn't get a licensees from micro soft , so now I have a $$$ paper weight.
Gotta fire up the way back time machine and make sure bill gates father was sterile

Be careful when you go to the computer shops. Sometimes they want your first born for simple operations. Not sure what you've got going on exactly without seeing it but it sounds like it might just be driver issues (simple fix, usually). Don't let 'em drain your wallet.
