I think Biden’s should be prosecuted for a whole host of things but the problem with this case imho is it’s one of those nebulous laws that isn’t clear who can and can’t be prosecuted.

If someone has a weed card can they be prosecuted?

I like clear cut lines because as we know in the wrong hands it can be wrongfully used.

So if someone is never arrested for a drug crime and goes to rehab are they now subject to prosecution?

Are the ATF going to cross reference rehabs with gun purchases?

as long as you weren't imprisoned for a felony for more than a year being arrested wouldn't matter IIRC.
as long as you were addicted...went to rehab...and weren't using when you check the box that you aren't... you haven't committed a crime as I understand it. Last time I heard, cocaine and crack were unlawful and medical marijuana is against Federal Law.
