It’s about 1/4 miles west of Dade City Rod and Gun Club. Wouldn’t surprise me with the amount of development coming over that way if the land owner is just holding it until an offer from a developer comes along. They’re building a giant church catty corner to it across 52 now.

I used to shop there a lot when I lived in the springs, was closest place to pick up something quick. Always carried a backup gun. Saw some interesting things.

Nice. Yeah they opened up a new on on the corner of 301 and C Ave, but the one south of Fir is still open. The new one is slowly getting like the old one.

I grew up in Crystal Springs off Owens Dr. my grandpa and grandma worked for Mr. Rooks at the dairy.

The legal process to bulldoze these structures can drag on for YEARS although it does look like being past the bank owned zombie property stage . Kinda sad when a neighborhood that might at one time was proud turns into a rotting hood .
