Had a big ol' hogfish filet last night for supper. Will eat the rest tonight. Used my "Blackened" recipe.
A buddy across the street that fishes out of Steinahatchee brought me back some . . fresh. I havent had it in about 40 years and forgot what flavor and great consistancy it has. (extremely light,flakey meat)
The fish will bite a hook but the best way is SCUBA.
