thats the way i like it , uh huh uh huh, that's the way...come on , sing alongYes sir - sausage of your choice, cook until done, add bacon grease, I use about a tablespoon full, cook that in, add your flour and cook that in, lower your heat and add your milk, I use a little more than I think I need, then cook it down while stirring. Once it thickens to your liking, add black pepper. Some folks use salt but I never do. Enjoy!
