Yes sir - sausage of your choice, cook until done, add bacon grease, I use about a tablespoon full, cook that in, add your flour and cook that in, lower your heat and add your milk, I use a little more than I think I need, then cook it down while stirring. Once it thickens to your liking, add black pepper. Some folks use salt but I never do. Enjoy!
thats the way i like it , uh huh uh huh, that's the way...come on , sing along

Happy Thanksgiving to all the guys and gals that worked their tails off to make todays meal special. I didnt get a pic of our turkey, but let me tell ya, I will take a yard turkey anyday! It was an 8 month old royal palm that we hatched. Even though i overcooked it a bit, the fat layer under the skin kept it all moist.

Turkey breast since just the two of us with rice, gravy, kale (wife cooked it like turnip greens with smoke ham and hot pepper juice), and cornbread dressing with chicken. I like the Thanksgiving meal, three meats in one sitting!

Been trying to order a post-Thanksgiving pizza, and wife said she was wanting some udon soup. I was down for that, and the opportunity to get a wasabi fix!
