Store bought Salisbury Steak with gravy, rice, kimchee, and kale for dinner. Spooned some of the kimchee juice over the greens. Tasty!

No pics, but daughter in law whipped up a South Korean Soldier's Stew last night, a dish I had been wanting to try for some time. It was GREAT!

Bone in ham for Christmas. Made the glaze from honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, zest from one orange, juice from half an orange, and a shot and a half of Wild Turkey Honey.
