I’ll have to research it more. Always heard you couldn’t/shouldn’t use it on glass. No issues scratching the glass cooktop?

Does it scratch it up? Because I haven’t completed my bomb shelter yet if I scratch her stove…

I had a bunch of Ling cod and rock fish from a trip to Alaska, along with some Louisiana redfish in the freezer.
My brother-in-law’s family was in town so we got a bunch of family together and had a fish fry at the gazebo/fire pit on our property.
I think there were about 18 people there and we had fried fish, cheese grits, cole slaw, baked beans and key lime pie. A great time.
By the way, I cooked the fish on a twin burner welded fish cooker that my brother-in-law gave me my first Christmas in the family 40 years ago along with a big oval cast iron pan given to me at the same time.

Try the ceramic coated cast iron. They sell them at Hall's Hardware in Milton

You got a recipe for that? It looks awesome. Thanks.
Sure! Easy too. Just followed the recipe and pulled some basil from our herb garden.

I believe that spam goes better with pancakes than bacon. Could it be the hour it took to wash the truck after a 13 day road trip skewed the result? More testing to follow!
