Korean Japchae Noodles (colorful Korean sweet potato noodles made with an abundance of vegetables, juicy marinated beef strips, and a sesame dressing, Bulgogi (a more savory marinated beef similar to Teriyaki), and Sour Cream and Chives instant mashed potatoes. Went by a farmers market today. Wife wore herself out prepping and preserving several types of veggies.
Dinner was up to me, so spaghetti it was.
Whole wheat noodles, good sauce, and great meatballs (all store made) made for a satisfying and filling dinner.

Wife had over cooked some chicken on the grill so to salvage it I made gumbo.
Perfect on a cool rainy day, and wife made a quick skillet of cornbread to make it even better!
