Here come the "Speech Police" or will these be the non-police emergency de escalators? What what exactly is an Officer expected to do? Referee, take one side over the other or just declare the "speech" a breach of peace and cite for disorderly conduct?
No crime but they will add Notes to your "File". Seems to me there isn't enough Officers around to handle the regular pace of criminal activity. I guess we're supposed to add this to community child rearing and relationship counseling. Seems of that people encircled, harrassed, threatned and property damaged: can't get cops to respond until someone is shot or run over.

So, when blm is harassing people at restaurant's, school class tour groups and child gymnasts walking to a Meet: on their whitness, white privilege or not taking a knee or raising a fist in solidarity: will LE be dispatched? Not a chance in hell. BUT if your a "minority" Asian: Roll lights and sirens! Just more positive reinforcement of divisiveness.
