Your trying to apply logic
I will say so far as the barrels the caliber is a big factor in their sale price ( check out gray beard ) as some are more usable than others for rebore projects on the handi platform.
From ebay prices I've seen them get relisted several times at less than your asking per barrel, and I've seen some folks get into bidding wars on barrels of certain calibers

OAL condition of frame and bbls ?? In % please.
Any other "work" besides trigger ?? Any aftermarket parts ?? Do the rings and bases go with the gun ??

Actually ,I’m pretty amazed at the prices NEF and H&R single shot rifles are being sold for. I have several ,and it appears that I’m setting on a gold mine. I just sold a 357 magnum for $400 within minutes of listing it for sale.

It is crazy what they are going for. They are actually highly sought after in Mississippi because they are classified as primitive weapons.

There is a huge difference in price for the different bbl chamberings.
ESPECIALLY the rechambered to "XXX" bbls.
I used to have a 375JDJ bbl that sold for $550.
Remember,the NEF guns have some of the strongest actions available. Properly tuned they will contain a 60,000psi+ cartridge and quite a bit of case head thrust. A good example is the 500S&W Mag.
