I ran the AC last night, mainly for the humidity. Came to work in T shirt and shorts, also brought a heavier long sleeve shirt, jacket and overalls to layer up as the day goes on.

Whoa! Folks, it looks .........strange out here. Pulled up at work and it was crappy. I left my office door open for fresh air and it went from dead calm to wind gust in a matter of seconds. Sky is darkening, wind direction randomly shifting. This day could get shifty in a hurry. Keep an eye on it and be ready.

I made the mistake of going by my LGS today and got to fondle a Walther PPQ M2 and now I want one. If you haven't handled on of these I recommend it, the trigger is by far the best factory striker fire trigger I have ever felt.

You just had to say that, didn't you? I've been avoiding the new Walther's because I've heard good things about them and don't want to have to purchase one.

The one I held was the 4 inch model it's more like the Glock 19, but they make a 5 inch model and I will be getting one in the near future. They have the 4 inch gun at Campbell's in Robertsdale, if you are in the area go by and dry fire it and you will buy it. The 3 dot sights on it are better than most factory sights IMO.

    I like the 5" for competition shooting. The 4" at Campbell's is $649 or $669, I think $649 can't quite remember.

I got the 5" (is that something one dude should say to another) and picked up a holster at CompTac. The International, in fact.
I did find in my reloading that The Walther has a slightly tighter chamber. Using the 124gr FP from Xtreme i had to reduce the COAL from 1.09 to 1.07 to pass the plunk test.

Tapped on my Samsung Galaxy S4
