Working on the shop, got the electric, 3 phase up and working, AC and ceiling fans up and running, walls and ceiling white washed. The floors are all painted with epoxy, the Bridgeport is set and leveled. The mill obviously set up inactive for some time and needed a good oiling with Mobil 1 synthetic to get the oil in the oilers flowing correctly. The air compressor bolted down loosely as required with the air system connected and all working correctly but one of 10 outlet leaks and will require the replacement of a PVC fitting. About time to order the completed inspection.

Picked up a 357 mag from another member and while it's a sweet shooter I can see myself getting into reloading after just 2 trips to buy ammo. First stop was Precision Tactical in Crestview an all they had in stock was +p 38 special jhp box of 25 was right at $25 which wasn't bad considering I was in an out in less the ten minutes with great customer service. Two days later Wally-world and 45 minutes to get 100 rd.s of 38 special 130gr. fmj plus 50 rd.s of 357 mag 158 jsp which ate up a Franklin then add in gas money and that $100 was almost gone

picked up my new to me TRP full rail. I saw a picture of it with Nighthawk customs grips, chrome trigger, chrome safety, and chrome MSH/magwell. Picked her up dirt cheap and got a huge list of Wilson parts to replace everything. Should be a nice 1911 when I'm done.

Tried to set up a few targets out back for some practice, but was sweating so bad the pasters wouldn't stick so I ran inside to the A/C and did dry fire instead.

Not a whole bunch for me today. I took some of my pants I can no longer wear over to TraderDan this afternoon and spied five EnBloc clips in his case. Needless to say, I had to have them. They were marked as follows: BR-W 1, BR-W 4 (both were made by Borg Warner Spring Div. - Post War), DAQ (Dominion Arsenal Quebec - Canada), SA (Springfield Armory - WWII), and one that is blank (Springfield Armory - early). They have already been loaded and waiting for the next time I take my Garand out to the range.

Lining everything up to start cleaning TOMORROW with my newly arrived Slip2000 gun cleaning products I have heard so much about. I'll let you know how effective it is. Supposed to be better than Frog Lube. We'll see.
