Went .22 rifle shopping with my daughter yesterday, didn't get anything yet, I want to check out the pawn shops tomorrow.
Also got another mainspring housing in, I didn't order it with the magwell but they sent it, not sure if I will use it or not because I plan on using slim VZs and the magwell will need to be fitted a bit to not give it such a hard angle at the end of the grips.

once I get the grips it probably won't be as bad looking but still wish the magwell had a little taper to it.

Been wanting a champion lightweight operator for a while now but never pulled the trigger..found out my friend had one so made a deal and I love it. Shot it this morning and ordered some flush ETMs, leather holster, and changing the dual spring to a Wilson flatwire setup.

I've always liked the champion operators, I thought you sold the full rail one?

I did with the understanding that he had some time to pay because he had just bought one of my Wilsons the same day I decided to sell it. He's bought 2 wilsons and 1 springfield from me and I'm going to assume 6-12 Wilsons from a certain other 1911 lover that I won't name from this forum lol.

Been busy with the shop, finally got the 50 ft of cabinets with a top on them, I have ordered 4 strong mounts from Mike D. This is the long wall in the reloading room for centerfire rifle and pistol, the short bench is on the left of this set, for shotshell reloading.

Setup (put it together) the Wheelie Bird trap this afternoon, gift from the son back in May, so I can practice clays on my range. Very suprised, it threw 6 test birds 75 yards and just about hit the same pine tree trunk at distance, every throw. Now I need two more for a small L set. Perhaps it will not take to long to get back into my normal swing of things.

I worked up a few 9mm Major loads yesterday. I learned that working up test loads on a progressive press is...interesting, but it works well. I will say once again that I'm in love with my RCBS Chargemaster. It makes the process SO much easier.

Now the weather needs to clear up so I can get out to the range with the chrono.

Mounted this bad boy. Very nice, well worth it. Thanks to everyone for the input.

No, that is the shop building at the farm. The Sub divison where the house is located prohibits secondary buildings of any kind, unfortunately. I am starting to move stuff to the farm now that I have the shop cabinets finished and the motion activated, off premisis feed, security system installed.

Today I picked up some beautifully handcrafted Jogan mag carriers for my 92G. Those ugly cardboard bastards better watch out!

No cows were hurt in the making of this gear.
It came with a Bladetech, I figured I'd use that for a while. Plus, if it gets worn enough, it gives me a reason to send it for Armor Tuff. Even though, it should've had armor tuff in the first place.

Swapped out the mainspring housing and magwell on my new open gun. It fits my hand much better now. I also stuck it on the scale. The sucker is heavy...

It is a heavy hunk of metal. Sweet weapon though and that trigger is amazing.
Have you got to shoot it yet?
