Finally took the time to break my 1911 down and get the trigger sorted out. Had it cerekoted last summer and after I got it back the trigger was really gritty and sticking in the frame. Took it apart when I initially got it back and cleaned it a little bit it was still sticking. Took my time and got it back to normal now.

Need to get some mags now that will work good with the small magwell I had installed so I can start shooting it regularly.

Swapped out my Warne mount for a Geiesele mount on my MWS, zeroed the USO 1-4 on my other 308 AR, and then a buddy from work brought over a couple of uppers to drop in my sonic cleaner and to have dinner.

This was over the President's Day weekend, but I taught my daughter's American Heritage Girls troop firearm safety and some basic rifle marksmanship. We camped out at Three Rivers camp site then spent a day at a public range where I trained about 15 girls on various BB and pellet rifles, with some of the older girls taking turns with my Remington Nylon 77. They all did pretty well and even some of the parents learned a thing or two. It was very satisfying seeing them all have fun and learn an American past time.

Ordered a LPK from Primary arms, $33 shipped, wasn't planning on building this lower I have but figured I wouldnt find one with the FCG for less then that, so I ordered it.

Now I guess the snowball begins, already looking for other parts for it.
