This thread makes me miss SAWMAN. I remember when I got tilted by his Remington 700 claim.

Still to this day, I don't know if it was a joke or not. I hope whoever has that 308 appreciates it.

To prove me wrong please meet me with your best guns, plenty of ammunition, and targets at the range (happy to host).

We will alternate shooting all your firearms 10- 30 rounds each and calculate it up at the end of the day.

SAWMAN and I conversed about that epic magical 16 inch .308 deer slaying rifle. He had a typical Mainard sense of humor. But you couldn't get there from here. So far Duckyou sounds like the winner to me. LOL

Probably because humans, especially men, tend to want to sort themselves out in hierarchies and internet forums tend to attract people prone to exaggeration. If someone puts themselves out there in an “I’m awesome” way, it tends to attract challengers and disbelivers.
