I've never iced unless I'm injured, but maybe that's why I'm always injured... Stretching is important too, if you have a foam roller use it, if you don't... get one. -

Good work Brant, proud of ya! Just take it slow, exercising in your late (er) 20's and 30's isn't what it was in your teens and early 20's, very easy to get hurt and set yourself back (as I sit with an ice pack on my knee). Keep it up! -
MPX Gen 2... kind of a raw deal for the Gen 1 guys
Geez... that seems like a raw deal for early adopters for sure, probably won't help the value of the 1st gen guns. When I was looking into them I saw there was more than 1 version of the 1st gen as well, seems like Sig sent something to market that wasn't quite ready. I'm glad I didn't pick... -

I really like my PPS, but definitely wouldn't trade my shield for it. Mag release is awkward and the extended mag caught my palm on release without the "fat" backstrap on it. I carry mine every now and again in a mtac infidel holster, but my go to is the shield in a crossbreed knock off.- ilintner
