Butter beans the wife put up and 2 types of Cheddar Bay biscuits. plain and jalapeño plus a few corn nuggets that all got eaten with no leftovers

My small game season so far. The drumsticks were kind of chewy, but the squirrel gravy and rice worked out well.

We made scratch chili last week with leftover taco flavored ground pork for taco salads. Froze a qt of it.

Warmed for dinner tonight, in rice for her and over cheese shells for me. Best chili I ever made, and tonight it made the best chili mac!

Last big spoon of chili will be scrambled with eggs and cheese for breakfast.

Chili cheese eggs, with salsa, guacamole, and sour cream! Doesn't that sound good?

May be eaten with tortillas chips!

Needed a quick dinner last night, so broke out a quart of the last chili made. Wife had made egg rolls and used 1/2 of a 1/2 lb of ground beef, so remainder went into chili on thaw/reheat. With 4 Ritz crackers crumbled into the bowl, it made for a nice thick chili!

Breakfast this am, over med eggs (over cooked them) fried in bacon grease, thick cut smoked bacon, and King's Hawaiian rolls (left-overs) buttered and toasted in bacon pan as eggs cooked. Tasty.
