No pics, but wife made Korean Bulgogi, some great fried rice, and opened a can of black beans. Went real well with some ripe Kimchee all stirred together with some of that bulgogi juice over it all!

Oooh post a kimchi recipe if you make your own. I love that stuff. Made it once and it came out too salty

Wife makes it, no recipe; she just does it. Here are two younger ladies into the web that have shared recipes:

If ever down around Fort Walton, Kim's Korean is our favorite Korean eatery in the area. https://www.google.com/maps/place/Kim's+Korean+Restaurant/@30.4183672,-86.6057855,15z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0xa8d0552996ad7196!8m2!3d30.4183672!4d-86.6057855

There is a small Korean Grocery on Pace that makes kimchi and other Korean foods. Some really good ones like the bulgogi, bibimbap and spicy soups too. https://www.google.com/maps/place/B...REU1VoTk1HOW5TMFZKUTBGblNVTlJaMDlYZFhGUlJSQUI

Wife wanted chicken soup, so she started a broth from some chicken bones and scraps left over and frozen earlier. She kept asking if she could add items, and I told her to do it like she wants.

Not sure it is soup or stew, but it is damn good! As she added items it grew, to the point that we froze 2 quarts last night and have one more quart for lunch today!
