Bar B Que is all about layering the flavors. 3-2-1 method, rubbed and smoked for 3 hours spritzing with pineapple juice and beer, NOT BUD LIGHT ! Then wrapped with butter, brown sugar, jalapeños, and Cherry Dr. Pepper. Back in the smoker wrapped in foil, then unwrapped and back on smoker for the last hour !!!!

My apologies upfront for no pics. Like many of you I grilled over the weekend, couple t bones, couple ribeyes, and a few tenderloins. Used my special salt mix, black pepper and white pepper on all. My wife loves anything coffee flavored and so on a whim I decided to elevate her ground coffee rubbed ribeye by marinating it for half a day in just a shot glass of Kahlua. Wow it was maybe the best steak we have ever tasted!!

Brunch today; frittata with Vidalia and green onions with ham, and topped with Havarti Jalapeno cheese and mixed Mexican cheese blend to cover any bare spots.
