For Father's day, went to the good people brewery then the local Baron's baseball game. They do it right here in Bham. IMG_20160618_185929.jpg

I bought a Leinenhugel's variety 12 pack and they have a beer in there I'm honestly not sure about. I can't decide if I like it or hate it. It's called their Beergarten Tart. Has anyone else tried it?

In 1980 I went to Gilley's and drank 6 Lone Star long necks. Rode the mechanical bull at a setting of 5 for 8 seconds. Drank 2 more and had them crank it up to 7 and rode for 8 seconds. Drank another to celebrate. Glory Days! Pretty sure your system is going to be flushed, but enjoy, I did.

Smashing Pumpkins is my favorite band from that era, every time Cherub Rock comes on TK101 it causes self inflicted hearing loss.:rockon::rockon:

I love some hopsecutioner. I'll have to try that Abita.

Headed to Chicago in the am. I'll have to find some good beers to post.

No beer this weekend, bought this though. Its alright, pretty flavorful but not very strong tasting.

Was gonna ask if it was good, but that pretty much answers my question.

Side note: I stole your idea for bourbon glasses, and they work great!!! Appreciate the tip.

Get a Zombie Dust if you can find one.

If on the north side near Addison and Central you can find some 'Three Floyds' brand Zombiedust...place is now called Garfields Warehouse, more than likely you have to ask for it, it flys off of the shelf....saw you went to Wrigley, same street (Addison) about 4-5 miles west of The Friendly Confines....my old hood of Portage Park.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm definitely on the hunt for it.
