What gun stuff did you do today?

I ruined a surplus metal AK 30 rounder by leaving it loaded for about two months. It was a known good mag before that too. Apparently the spring pressure was too much for the soft junk metal in the feed lips, and the feed lips warped, causing jams at the next range trip, with just that one mag that had been left loaded

I rotate all my mags out to prevent that. Seen that happen when I was deployed with our M4s and m16 mags.

Thanks. Wish it had a finger groove. I can compromise on the rubber with some rubber tape. One thing I absolutely loved about my issued grip was the checkering. No rubber needed. My hand stayed put.

I've never had an issue with this one here, weapon stays in my hand with full control.

Picked up a T91 16 inch Wolf piston upper. Yeah!!! No more dirty DI!!
Going to put it on one of my kp monolithic ar lowers and use T2 buffer.

Got the Bride setup for crow and coon hunting. This was her Marlin gunshow drawing win .22 auto, mag fed. Tasco 3x7 rimfire. Model 795 built on the model 60 action.
